It had been a gruesomely long and boring day, filled with pointless classes and annoying classmates. She'd tried sleeping through most of her classes but there was always that one student who would point her out to the teacher. Of course her last class she had received a detention for that Friday, courtesy of the goody two shoes sitting next to her. Though the detention was given because she decided to stick her gum into the girls long red hair. She thought she deserved it for getting her into trouble, pointing out that her skirt was too short and her shirt was too low cut. The teacher agreed more with the other girl rather then her.
Lucy let out a groan and fell backwards, laying on her back in the grass. She let out an annoyed sigh and laid still for a few moments before sitting up to pull off the expensive silver flats she wore. Her lacy socked feet flexed at the sudden rush of air before the socks were being pulled off, rolled into a ball, and shoved into the shoes. Her now free toes, painted a bright red, wiggled at their freedom and she smiled before falling back into the grass, her hands folded behind her head.
